Welcome! Gord's Bird's Hill Duathlon in the Park is Manitoba's premier
duathlon series consisting of five races held every Tuesday evening in May.
This race series has been held annually at Birds Hill Park since 1983. The races provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for
thousands who come out to experience the exhilaration and challenge associated with this tremendous event.

Grand Prizes

GORD'S SKI AND BIKE, www.gords.com, on Donald and Kenaston will be donating two grand prizes. A Bianchi Pista road bike, and a Zoot Flash wetsuit. Grand prizes will be drawn at the awards BBQ/Windup scheduled to take place SaturdayJune 5th at Gord's on Donald (2 Donald).

How are the Grand Prizes Drawn?

Five names will be drawn at each race for a total of 25 names

Names will be posted on the event website.

At the BBQ/Windup, 2 names will be drawn from the 25.

To be eligible for the grand prizes, you MUST BE PRESENT at the BBQ/Windup, otherwise we redraw.!

RUN COURSE
Starting in the East Beach parking lot, this loop takes you up a hill and around the lake. Features smooth pavement and gravel sections. Adult Long course completes two laps.

BIKE COURSE
This clockwise loop features buttery smooth pavement all along the way with a couple hills to conquer or fill that need for speed. Adult Long course completes two laps.

TRANSITION
This area is designed to be fair no matter what end you place your bike. Timing mats will capture your run and bike entry times.

Events/Fees
We offer two distances for both Adult and KOS age groups. It pays to register online. You'll save yourself the $10 walk-up fee. Not to mention a shorter line up at the event to claim your timing chip.

Not part of a club or have a Triathlon Manitoba membership number? No problem. You can just add one day race insurance for $8.
