How to Enter 

 

Register online or as a walk-up. At each weekly race you're registered for, your name could be drawn as a qualifier. 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 early bird bonus names will be drawn.

Qualifier Names

 

A total of 32 names will be randomly drawn over the 4 races. At the 4th and final race, winners will be drawn from the qualifier pot for each grand prize. Names will be posted on each race result page.

Bonus Entry

Early bird 4-race registrants will be placed in a bonus draw. At each weekly race, one qualifier name will be drawn from this group and added to the final draw.

Woodcock Cycle Works is proud to be a Winnipeg Triathlon Club sponsor and active supporter of the WTC Birds Hill Duathlon in the Park. This year they are generously offering a custom Retul bike fitting service as one of the grand prizes. Woodcock is Canada’s biggest bike shop between Toronto and Calgary and offer everything you need for triathlon, cycling and XC skiing. Support local!

At each race we will randomly draw 3 names from the current list of participants. Winners can pick up their prize at the race, otherwise it will be mailed out (to the address provided on your the winner’s registration form). Winners names will be posted here for reference.

Category Winners

Overall Race Category Winners = $200 Total

There will be an overall male and female winner for both the Adult and KOS Short and Long distances. That’s 8 winners total. Each winner will be mailed a $25 Woodcock Cycle Works gift certificate. Winners must complete 3 races in the same distance/category to be eligible.

  • Winners of the City Park Runners grand prize will receive a grand prize voucher to be redeemed in store

Woodcock Bike Fit
  • Winners of the Woodcock Custom Bike Fit will receive a Woodcock grand prize voucher
     

  • When you visit Woodcock Cycle Works (433 St. Mary’s Rd), please present your voucher

  • At each race, 7 names (4 adults and 3 KOS) will be randomly drawn from the day’s race participants and placed into the perpetual hat. These names will qualify for a chance to win at the final draw. If a name is drawn more than once, there will be a re-draw.
     

  • One additional name qualifier will be drawn each race from the early bird 4-race bonus registrants.
     

  • A total of 32 names will be drawn over the 4 races.
     

  • At the last race, the KOS male & female Grand Prize #1 winners will be drawn at the pre-race meeting (approx. 6:30pm). You must be present to win a prize; otherwise there will be a re-draw.
     

  • At the last race, the adult male & femaleGrand Prize #1 winners will be drawn after the adult races are complete. You must be present to win a prize; otherwise there will be a re-draw.
     

  • The draw for the bike fit from Woodcock will be made from all the adult names in the perpetual hat, except those of the 2 shopping spree prize winners.
